The Scriptures

We believe the Bible to be the pure Word of God, totally true, from which nothing can be subtracted and to which nothing can be added. The Holy Bible was written by men divinely inspired and is God’s revelation of Himself to man. It is a perfect treasure of divine instruction. It has God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth, without any mixture of error, for its matter. Therefore, all Scripture is totally true and trustworthy. God

There is one and only one living and true God who eternally exists in three persons: God the Father; God the Son; and God the Holy Spirit. He is an intelligent, spiritual, and personal Being, the Creator, Redeemer, Preserver, and Ruler of the universe. God is infinite in holiness and all other perfections. God is all powerful and all knowing; and His perfect knowledge extends to all things, past, present, and future. Jesus Christ

We believe in Jesus Christ, the second person of the Godhead, co-equal and co-eternal with God, God’s unique Son, as the God-man born of a virgin. Sinless in His life; that He died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, as a substitution sacrifice for us; that all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood and reconciled by His death; that He not only died on the cross for our sins but that He resurrected bodily for our justification; that He is now at the right hand of God the Father; acting as our High Priest and our Advocate before the Father; that He is coming again in power at any time to rapture His church by raising the dead and translating the living believers. The Holy Spirit

Salvation

Salvation involves the redemption of the whole man and is offered freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, who by His own blood obtained eternal redemption for the believer. In its broadest sense salvation includes regeneration, justification, sanctification, and glorification. There is no salvation apart from personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord. A. The Church

A New Testament church of the Lord Jesus Christ is an autonomous local congregation of baptized believers, associated by covenant in the faith and fellowship of the gospel; observing the two ordinances of Christ, governed by His laws, exercising the gifts, rights, and privileges invested in them by His Word, and seeking to extend the gospel to the ends of the earth.
